Careers at Culture Care:
Where Purpose Meets Growth
If you are compassionate, dependable, and looking for more than just a job — you may have just found your next chapter.
At Culture Care Senior Living and Tanglewood Group, we don’t simply provide assisted living, memory care, adult day services, and home care. We live a mission.
Our mission is simple and unwavering:
Care Is Our Culture.
And that mission stands on three pillars — our seniors, our team, and our community.
Our team members are not an afterthought. They are a core pillar of who we are. Without a strong, supported, and inspired team, exceptional care cannot exist.
Award-Winning Team. Mission-Driven Work.
Culture Care communities are consistently recognized among the top senior living providers locally and nationally, including ranking in the top 2% of senior living communities nationwide and earning Best of the Best distinctions in Chautauqua County.
But awards don’t happen by accident.
They are the direct result of dedicated caregivers, nurses, support staff, and leaders who show up every day with heart and accountability.
When you join Culture Care, you become part of an award-winning team — not because of titles, but because of the impact you make.
Care That Changes Lives — Including Yours
Working at Culture Care means being part of something bigger than a shift schedule.
You will:
- Provide dignity and comfort to seniors
- Build real relationships with residents and families
- Support individuals living with memory challenges
- Contribute to a safe and engaging environment
- Work alongside teammates who genuinely support one another
- Be recognized for the difference you make
This is not just healthcare.
It is meaningful work that touches lives — including your own.
More Than a Workplace — A Mission in Action
Exceptional care begins with exceptional people.
Across our communities throughout Chautauqua County, our team members are the heart of everything we do. From caregivers and nurses to dietary staff and activity staff, housekeeping, administrative, finance, and leadership roles — each person plays a meaningful role in carrying out our Culture of Care.
Many members of our leadership team — including ownership — began their careers providing hands-on care. They understand what it means to support residents directly, to build trust with families, and to grow through dedication and experience.
That perspective shapes how we lead, how we mentor, and how we invest in our team.
When we say Care Is Our Culture, we mean care for residents and care for one another.
A Culture of Growth
We believe the people who give care deserve opportunity.
At Culture Care, growth isn’t just a possibility — it’s part of our culture. Many of our team members advance into expanded responsibilities and roles over time.
Opportunities may include:
- Senior caregiving and medication roles
- Training and mentorship positions
- Wellness or program coordination
- Nursing roles for those pursuing licensure
- Leadership roles
- Administrative or finance support roles
- Community outreach and Life enrichment positions
We support certification training, state licensing assistance, professional development, cross-training across departments, and internal advancement whenever possible.
Because when our team grows, our mission grows.
Hear From Our Team
The strongest reflection of our culture comes from the people who live it every day.
Support for Today. Opportunity for Tomorrow.
Caring for others begins with caring for our team.

Questions? We’re Here to Help.
Whether you’re just starting out, considering a career change, returning to healthcare, or looking to grow professionally, it’s natural to have questions.
Taking the next step in your career is a big decision. We want you to feel confident, supported, and informed. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive. If you don’t see yours here, we encourage you to apply or reach out — we’re always happy to talk through your options.
What shifts are available?
Because our assisted living, memory care, adult day, and home care services operate 24/7, we offer opportunities across all shifts — including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and flexible scheduling options.
Whether you’re looking for stability, flexibility, or a schedule that works around family or school, we’ll work with you to find a fit that supports both our residents and your life outside of work.
Do I need prior experience to apply?
Experience is always valued — but heart matters most.
We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals who want to make a difference.
Many of our current employees began their journey with no prior healthcare experience. Some started as students in our training programs and are now valued members of our team. With the right mindset and work ethic, we provide the mentorship, training, and support needed to grow with confidence.
If you’re willing to learn and committed to caring for others, there is a place for you here.
I live in Pennsylvania. Can I still apply?
Absolutely.
Many of our team members live in Pennsylvania and commute to our Chautauqua County communities. Our locations are less than 30 minutes from the New York State/Pennsylvania border, making it a convenient and rewarding opportunity for those seeking meaningful healthcare careers in senior living.
I’m not currently licensed in NYS. Can you help?
Yes — and we’re happy to.
If you’re a Pennsylvania-licensed LPN or RN, we regularly support team members through the process of obtaining New York State licensure. While licensing requirements are determined by the state, our team will guide you through the steps, share helpful resources, and support you along the way.
If you’re new to healthcare or not yet certified, we proudly offer FREE, NYS-approved PCA and HHA certification training for individuals ready to begin a meaningful career in senior care. Simply indicate your interest on your application, and we’ll help you take the next step.
At Culture Care, we believe in creating opportunity — not barriers. If you’re willing to grow, we’re willing to guide.
Are part-time opportunities available?
Yes.
We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions across multiple departments, including caregiving, nursing, dietary, housekeeping, administrative, finance, and home care.
Whether you’re building a long-term career, balancing family responsibilities, or transitioning into a new field, we likely have an opportunity that fits your goals.
Start Anywhere. Grow Everywhere.
Some join us for a job. Many stay for a career.
If you bring compassion, accountability, and a desire to make a difference, we will bring mentorship, opportunity, and support.
At Culture Care, our team members are not just employees.
They are a pillar of our mission.
They are leaders in the making.
They are the reason our residents thrive.
If something inside you is saying “this feels right,” we encourage you to take the next step.
